Ever wonder what the Windows key can be used for? Here are some useful
\nkeyboard shortcuts that use the Windows key.<\/p>\n

The Windows key is on the bottom left of the keyboard between “Ctrl” and “Alt”
\nand has the Windows symbol on it.

\nThe position on laptops may vary.<\/p>\n

In this list of shortcuts “WK<\/span>” stands for “Windows Key”<\/p>\n

WK<\/span> – Displays the Start Menu<\/span><\/p>\n

WK + D <\/span> Toggles Minimise<\/span> all windows and Restore<\/span> all windows
\ne.g. Press WK + D <\/span>and all the windows will be minismised
\n<\/span>Press WK + D<\/span> again and all the windows are restored
\n<\/span>
\nWK + E <\/span> Opens a new Explorer <\/span>window
\n
\n<\/span>WK + F <\/span>Displays the Find <\/span>dialog box
\n
\n<\/span>WK + L Locks <\/span>your Windows XP computer
\n
\n<\/span>WK + M Minimises <\/span><\/span>all open windows. Different to WK + D<\/span>
\nin that there is no restore when you press this combination again.

WK + R <\/span>Display the Run<\/span> command

\n<\/span>WK + F1 <\/span>Displays the Help<\/span> menu for MS Windows

\n<\/span>WK + Tab <\/span>Cycles through buttons of open applications on the task bar

\n<\/span>WK + Shift + M Restores <\/span>all windows that were open before you
\npressed WK + M<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
