Instead of using the mouse to point and click at the edit menu and choose “copy”, “cut”, or “paste” you can use the keyboard for swift editing.<\/p>\n

While holing down the Ctrl key press:<\/p>\n

“C” to Copy<\/p>\n

“X” to Cut<\/p>\n

“V” to Paste<\/p>\n

For Example:<\/p>\n

To move a word select the word then press Ctrl and X to cut the word out.<\/p>\n

Using the mouse click on the new position and press Ctrl and V to paste the word.<\/p>\n

SUPERTIP:<\/strong>
\nThese keyboard shortcuts should work in ANY windows application not just Word.\n<\/p>\n
